Lesley Hetherington from the University of Aberdeen, Scottish Programme for Enterprise recently ran a Workshop on Identification of Skills and Strengths with some of our Landbased students as part of our ongoing What IF (Intergenerational Fairness) Project. This was an informal session, which had very positive outcomes for our students and the results will be used in preparation for their interviews for further Course progression.
