NHS Grampian Clinical Cancer Consultants

NHS consultants working across oncology and haematology are actively involved in research and clinical trials.  Currently there are clinical trials available to patients across 15 different tumour sites in Grampian.  Clinical trials run in Grampian are both commercially and academically sponsored and range from phase Ib through to phase IV trials.  If you would like to make contact with any of our oncology or haematology consultants please contact the NRS Cancer Research Network – North (kirstyshearer@nhs.net) who will direct your enquiry to the appropriate person.

The NRS Cancer Research Network is supported by the Chief Scientist Office of the Scottish Government to increase, support and sustain clinical trial activity in cancer care. The fundamental aim of the NRS Cancer Research Network is to support the recruitment of cancer patients into clinical research and so contribute to improving the quality of cancer care for patients across Scotland.
