Time-Restricted Eating and Meal Frequency for Appetite Control Study

Help us investigate if meal frequency in a controlled time-restricted feeding regime can influence appetite and glycaemic control.

We require:

Adults (male and female) between 18 and 65 years with a BMI of 25+ kg/m2

What is involved?

You will receive two different diets: 2 meals/day and 5 meals/day. The eating windows of food intake will be 10 hours of feeding and 14 hours of fasting. The eating windows of food intake will be from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
