Want to try eating a reduced meat diet?
Are you looking to make your diet healthier and more sustainable but don’t know where to start?
We’re conducting a study to explore how swapping red meat for fish or plant-based foods impacts diet, health, and sustainability. By taking part, you’ll but also help us better understand the challenges and opportunities of adopting more sustainable eating habits.
We’re looking for:
- Adults living in Scotland aged 18 and over
- Individuals who meat on 6 or 7 days a week
- Those with access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer
What’s Involved?
- 8-Weeks where you nominate 3 days per week to be meet free
- Daily Questionnaires and weekly food diaries
- Interviews with the research team to discuss challenges
