Lack of adequate nutrition is the single biggest contributor to child mortality and Malawi is amongst the countries most affected.
Please join us and help to find out if Moringa Oleifera (The Miracle Tree) could add a piece in the puzzle of tackling malnutrition in Malawi.
Help us investigate if Moringa could be a valuable source of protein, vitamins and minerals.
We are recruiting
- Healthy men and women
- Aged 18 years and older
- Have no food allergies, intolerances or eating disorders
- Are not taking prescribed medication
- Are not pregnant or breastfeeding
The study involves consuming two types of diets: corn soya porridge and corn moringa porridge. The volunteers will be invited to attend the Rowett Institute where all tests will take place.
