In addition to ‘what we eat’ how important is ‘when we eat’ in the development of obesity and control of body weight.
In this 10 week weight loss study we will assess the impact of diet composition of large breakfast meals (and smaller evening meals) on energy balance and eating behaviour.
We are looking for:
- Healthy men aged 20-60 or healthy women aged 20-60 who are on some form of hormonal contraceptive or postmenopausal.
- Who regularly eat breakfast (at least 5 days a week)
- Who are overweight (BMI 27-40kg/m2)
