I work as a research fellow in Dr. Giuseppe D’Agostino’s lab. I currently investigate the role of the Nucleus of the Solitary Tract (NTS) on the regulation of positive and negative reinforcement through the use of operant behaviour paradigms and cutting edge technology such as photometry, optogenetics, and chemogenetics.
