The successful applicant will be enthusiastic with the ability to inform and inspire students, and a strong commitment to excellence in teaching. The successful candidate will engage with and extend the work of the Department’s Physical Geographers.

Applicants should demonstrate appropriate expertise in Physical Geography related to the teaching areas of the post, with a particular ability to contribute to undergraduate teaching in biogeography, palaeoecology, geomorphology and hydrology.

Salary will be at the point 37 on Grade 7, £42,149 per annum
