Course Description

​This course focuses on understanding the mechanisms involved in maintaining genome stability and integrity and understanding the consequences of what happens when these processes fail. Aspects covered will include genome organisation, DNA replication and repair, Mendelian inheritance and genetic linkage and how these processes relate to disease or can be exploited in research.
