Research Overview
My current research and scholarly activity is around the professional learning of teacher educators (through the work of InFoTED - see the publications for more information) and the use of online technology to support professional learning.
Previous work has explored the development of alternative routes for Initial Teacher Education such as the Distance Learning Initial Teacher Education (DLITE); the professional learning impact of the Teaching Qualification for Further Education (TQFE); and joint supervision experiences for PhD supervisors and students.
