Rebecca graduated from the University of Glasgow with commendation in 1997. Since then she has been working in general dental practice in Aberdeen City, balancing the care of her patients with bringing up her four children. In December 2014, she gained a distinction in her Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies from the University of Bristol.
Rebecca was appointed as a part time clinical lecturer at the Aberdeen Dental Institute in 2016. Her commitment to lifelong learning and considerable time in practice has brought a depth of experience which she feels privileged to share with the students in a supportive and supervisory role as they develop their clinical skills in restorative dentistry.
Rebecca enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has a particular interest in pain and anxiety management.
