I completed my Master's Dissertation on the factors influencing the use of digital games based learning in the classroom.
I am interested in students' use of technology to support their learning and how this might influence their use of technology in the classroom.
I am also interested in the use of technology to support learning and teaching within the university.
As Programme Director developing a new online PGCert in Educational Studies Master's Course I am interested in reseaching the pedagogy of the online learning environment.
I have worked on the SCDE team developing the National Framework for Digital Literacies for ITE.
I am part of the Erasmus+ team working in collaboration with six other universities developing the use of mobile technology in Higher Education blog.mine-project.eu
I am currently researching the factors that influence teacher's use of digital games based learning as part of their practice.
