The Wisdom app is your personal wellbeing hub, offering much more than just a helpline. It’s full of interactive tools and resources, including:

  • Mood tracker – Spot patterns and reflect on your mental health.
  • Four-week health plans – Tackle goals like better sleep, healthier eating, or quitting smoking.
  • Mini health checks – Quick assessments to support physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Breathing exercises – Simple tools to help you feel calm and focused.
  • Recipe library and fitness videos – Easy ways to stay active and eat well.
  • Podcasts, articles and videos – Fresh content to support your wellbeing journey.

In the coming months, we’ll be sharing real stories and tips from staff who’ve explored the EAP features so you can learn how to get the most from the service. I absolutely love that we have the option to access the support and resources through an app and have made a start by using the 4 week sleep course and finding it really helpful!

Your wellbeing matters. This new partnership is here to support you in the moments that matter most. Find out more on Staffnet.
