Upgrade to network switches
What is happening?
We will be upgrading the software within our network switches overnight next week. The upgrade schedule and buildings affected will be:

|Thu 2 July||4am||6am|
What do you need to do?
- Network connections to PCs in the buildings will be disconnected for a short time during the upgrade.
- If you VPN / Remotely connect to your office desktop then there is a small chance you may have problems connecting to your office computer.
- If you do experience issues connecting to your desktop please log a Service Desk incident via email@example.com with the subject line “Remote Connection Problem”
