Panopto lecture capture outage

Now Resolved

Today we experienced an outage of our Panopto Lecture capture solution.

The fault was with our cloud solution provided by Panopto and affected the ability to log into the service and upload recordings.

The issue was identified first thing this morning by IT Services and escalated to Panopto. The issue was resolved  by Panopto at 1340 Thursday 12 March.

Panopto and UOA  IT staff continue to monitor the service closely.
