We were delighted to be a co-sponsor of Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce Leadership Business Breakfast with EY held on the 1st of February 2018.
The event was hugely successful with attendees from a crosssection of industries across the city and shire.
In the session Dr Ian Heywood and Chris Matchan explored why being a creative leader matters when times are tough. Dr Heywood explored the link between Creative Leadership and Innovation, looking at how different types of leadership skills are needed to support innovation when times are challenging and share some case studies of creative leadership. Chris Matchan explored what makes each of us the leader we are, drawing on the neuroscience of leadership and suggested ways of strengthenning our approach to leading in challenging times.
