Zeynep Güldem Ökem, Training and Research Institute of Public Policy (TRIPP), TEPAV
Zeynep Güldem Ökem (Project Leader) is a Health Economist. She holds PhD degree in Economics in 2007 (Micro and Macro Aspects of Health Economics in Turkey) from Marmara University, Turkey and MSc in Health Services Management from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in 1994. Her areas of expertise are health economics and finance, comparative health systems, health sector policy analysis and development, assessment of equity in health services, innovation in health services, and pharmaceutical reimbursement. She has advised public policy projects and lectured at several universities. She was the Project Coordinator of FP7 research project on Assessing Needs of Care in European Nations (ANCIEN) and involved in Indicators for evaluating international performance in service sectors (INDICSER) as the health economist. She conducted the Epidemiological and Economic Assessment of Hepatitis C Virus in CEE and CIS Countries. She also conducted research on Systemic Innovation and Issues in Market Access for Turkey to the European Union in Health Services and Products.

Sinem Erinç is a Health Researcher. She earned her B.A. in International Relations from Gazi University in 2005, and she received her MSc degree in Health Management from Hacettepe University Department of Public Health in 2013. She had worked in several EU, WB and other national and international funded projects. Since 2008, she has been working as a Project expert at TEPAV.

Sarp is an Associate Professor at Hacettepe University, Department of Public Health. His expertise areas are Health Management, Health Planning, Health Workforce and Health Management Epidemology. He is also one of the directors of WHO Collaborating Centre for Health Workforce Development in Turkey.
