05 February 2020 Participants Wanted: For Judging Colours And Shapes We are interested in determining what affects how good people are at switching between tasks.

You will be asked to press buttons on a computer in response to coloured shapes – judging either their colour or shape. You will also wear headphones and sometimes hear a beep.

The experiment will be held in the William Guild Building. It will run over two separate sessions each lasting approximately 90mins (1hr 30mins each) and you will be compensated £18 for your time at the end of the second session (£9 for each session).

This study is supervised by Dr Rachel Swainson and has been approved by the School of Psychology Ethics Committee at the University of Aberdeen.

If you would like to take part or obtain more information about the study, please contact Dr Laura Prosser (l.prosser@abdn.ac.uk) to arrange a suitable timeslot.
