This event will be an interactive workshop based around energy balance and body weight regulation.

There will be a presentation, interactive activities to estimate your energy expenditure and an active ‘wear it off’ activity where you can take part or cheer others on while they work out how long it would take to ride/walk or run off their favorite foods. All are encouraged to take part regardless of fitness level.
