Led by Rhona Ramsay, this special one-hour walk around Aberdeen city centre will explore the Nawkens (Scottish Gypsy/Travellers) in the cityscape of Aberdeen and tackle their perceived invisibility. The trail is based around the lives of Nawkens past and present, including storyteller and son of Aberdeen, Stanley Robertson, who died ten years ago this year. Author Bob Knight will join in along the way; you will be able to buy a signed copy of his book Faery Trails and Traveller Tales at the end.
