Join biographer Charlotte Peacock in conversation with Alison Lumsden to explore the life and writing of Nan Shepherd, recently featured on the Scottish five pound note and a brilliant novelist, poet and nature writer, as well as also one of the first women to graduate from the University of Aberdeen. Charlotte Peacock’s Into the Mountain: A Biography of Nan Shepherd, which The Scotsman described as ‘an admirable work’ and ‘a necessary book’, was published in November 2017.
