CALLING ALL MAKERS!

Would you like to take part in our May Fest Makers Market on Saturday 25th May 10am - 4pm (set up from 8.30am) at Elphinstone Hall, Old Aberdeen.

We’d like to invite you, one of the region’s local makers, to take part in our food and makers market taking place on Saturday, May 25 in the beautiful Elphinstone Hall on the University of Aberdeen’s ancient Old Aberdeen Campus.

We are seeking high quality local makers, creatives and artists to be a part of our makers market which will be a large-scale event during the busiest day of the May Festival. As well as local makers we will also be hosting some stalls with local food and drink providers.

Each year the May Festival attracts as many as 12,000 people across the weekend of its events, approximately 5-6000 per day with our main audiences made up of men and women, age 35- 65 as well as many families.

We carry out an extensive online, print and digital promotion and marketing campaign to ensure the event is marketed across all of the University’s and May Festival’s channels.

Costs for the stalls have been kept low to enable as many local makers/creatives as possible to secure a slot and take advantage of this great opportunity.

If you are interested, please complete this form and send it to Angela at angela.michael@abdn.ac.uk
