Research Fellow Isla Graham carrying out an ADD experiment

Isla manages our long-term harbour seal photo-identification project and coordinates our passive acoustic studies using C-PODs. She is an Aberdeen doctorate with extensive experience in predator-prey research. Her research interests focus on the ecology, conservation and management of marine top predators.

Before coming to the Lighthouse, Isla worked on seal-salmon fishery interactions to inform management. Currently, she is implementing projects to assess the impact of marine renewable energy developments on marine mammals.
