In an attempt to be more inclusive and offer support not only in person in the Sir Duncan Rice Library but also in a digital environment, starting from Monday 20 February 2023, the Subject & Enquiry Team will be offering online support using either chat, audio, or video, depending on your personal preference and the equipment that you are using. The software that will be used for the sessions is Blackboard Collaborate.
We are offering:
What?: 10 minute slots to answer queries on:
• Using Primo
• Locating books & e-resources
• Subject-related research
• Referencing
• Reading Lists
When?: Sessions running at the following days and times (term time only)
No sessions offered on a Wednesday.
How?: Each participant is moved to a private Breakout Room as soon as they join the session. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis, therefore you may need to wait a few minutes until a member of staff joins you.
While participants wait in a Breakout Room, a short presentation will be displayed with useful information and links.
