The Centre for Private International Law engages in top quality research. There are currently three ongoing projects which illustrate the vitality of the Centre’s work:
- Conflicts of EU Courts on Child Abduction, funded by the Nuffield Foundation (1 April 2014- 30 November 2015)
- Cross-Border Litigation in Europe: Private International Law Legislative Framework, National Courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union (EUPILLAR), funded by the European Commission (2014-2016)
European Parliament - Procedure IP/C/JURI/IC/2015-020 for the study on 'The Evidentiary Effects of Authentic Acts in the Member States of the European Union, in the Context of Successions.'
