Dr Roy Partain is presenting his paper: 'Considerations of Offshore Nuclear Power Plants and Private Regulatory Mechanisms' at the International Seminar on Private Regulation and New Fields of Regulation, at the University of Finance and Economics Beijing.
Roy's paper analyses the option for an interim private regulatory mechanism for nuclear power in a maritime capacity, necessary due to the planned development of vessels that can carry nuclear power plants.
On the 5th of June Dr Roy Partain will be speaking as an Invited Guest Lecturer at the Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing. His talk is titled: Addressing the Legal Challenges and Opportunities of Offshore Methane Hydrates.
