Programme and arrangements

Please note that the conference will start at 9am on 10 April and will close at 4pm on 11 April.

The final programme is now attached here Please note this may be subject to change.  If you have any queries please contact Abbe Brown on bileta2018@abdn.ac.uk

If you are giving a 'paper' presentation, please bring any presentation with you on a USB stick.  Most panels are 90 mins, have 4 speakers and so each presentation should be 15 minutes max and there will be around 5 minutes for questions - if you are in one with 3 speakers, you might get slightly longer. Careful time will be kept by session Chairs to ensure fairness for all and time for discussion, so prepare with this in mind.

If you are presenting a poster, see the specific poster tab.

Consistent with themes of BILETA, there is likely to be a lot of Tweeting and the Keynotes may be streamed.  As stated on the main page, the hashtag will be BILETA18.

Photos will also be taken.  If anyone would prefer not to be involved in these elements please contact bileta2018@abdn.ac.uk
