Negotiation of International Wind Power Contract - a personal perspective

Negotiation of International Wind Power Contract - a personal perspective
-

This is a past event

This lecture is rooted in my personal experience negotiating international wind power contracts. It starts with a short presentation of some useful negotiation theory before presenting some of the particularity of construction contracts and renewable energy execution contracts. Finally I will present some interesting “war stories” and share with the audience some of the lessons I learned and wished someone told me at the beginning of my career. My main goal is to demystify international contract negotiation and give you the confidence to start your journey in that treacherous but rewarding path.
