Audio Visual
Our Audio Visual service provides and manages equipment and services to around 350 teaching spaces at both Foresterhill and Old Aberdeen sites.
Classroom Services
- AV and IT equipment in these rooms is regularly checked and maintained to ensure reliability and consistency of operation.
- Most rooms are equipped with telephones.
- Calling our helpline extension 3000 will contact AV services directly which results in a remotely managed solution or a visit from a technician.
- Some rooms may not have the full range of equipment required by some customers; we offer a booking service through our Media Services email address mediaservices@abdn.ac.uk.
AV provision varies according to the room size and location. Please contact us to ensure that the equipment provided meets your needs.
Conference and Events Services
- We provide a range of services for conferences through the Conference and Events office.
- We offer services for many University events throughout the year, such as Graduation and the May Festival.
Consultancy
- We offer consultancy to University departments and individuals who need advice on purchasing AV equipment.
