Emails to @aberdeen.ac.uk are currently experiencing a delay in delivery.
What is happening?
We have become aware of a problem with the timely delivery of email to @aberdeen.ac.uk email addresses. Emails are being delivered but in some instances we are seeing delays of up to 48 hours.
The fix for the problem is currently beyond our control and lies out with the University network. We are in discussion with Microsoft but do not yet have a timeline for resolution.
What should you do?
If at all possible please avoid sending mass mailings at this time. If you do need to send mass mailings please expect some delay in the delivery of the emails.
