What is happening?

In the first weeks of term, a substantial amount of IT Service Desk attention will be focused on ensuring that new & returning students have a smooth start to their University year.

What should you do?

Please use our self-service portal to log a call. MyIT lets us deal with your call more efficiently as it can be logged directly with the relevant support team.

As our Desk staff will be busy assisting students, we might not be able to answer your phone requests as quickly as usual, and we thank you for your patience.

We want you to know that incidents and hardware breakdowns will continue to take priority.
