Launch of MyIT portal
What is MyIT?
MyIT is our improved self-service system that allows you to log and update IT incidents and requests directly with the Service Desk.
At the start of term, our phones will be very busy. Please use this service to log your call. If your query is urgent, please email or call the Service Desk.
How do I use MyIT?
Go to https://myit.abdn.ac.uk and login with your normal University username and password. Please note this can only be accessed from on-campus.
After logging in, our pre-defined templates will help gather the information we need in order to forward your call directly to the support officer best placed to resolve your problem or request. You can return to the system at any time to see how your call is progressing.
