Now Resolved: Unable to top up print budget via Printmanage
What is happening?
DIT are aware of a current fault with the epayment system being unavailable. This will affect any electronic payments eg. print budgets, fees transactions etc, done via the www.abdnpayments.co.uk website.
The external vendor of our epayments service is aware and is continuing to try to resolve the issue.
What should you do?
If you wish to make a payment to your print budget, you can do so in person at the following locations:
- Foresterhill Medical School Library - see opening hours on Library website
- Edward Wright Reception window - open from 8am on Thursday 24 May
