Students receiving error message "could not login - valid authentication credentials were not provided" when logging into MyAberdeen.
What is happening?
DIT are aware that a number of students are having problems logging into MyAberdeen; receiving error message "could not login - valid authentication credentials were not provided". Some data contained with your Student Portal may also be missing.
We have identified the fault and DIT system engineers are currently working on a resolution. Please bear with us while we try to rectify this issue.
We can confirm that this is not related to our previous issue with MyAberdeen which has been resolved successfully.
