Students were unable to save to H, and some applications on classroom PCs took a long time to load.
What is happening?
DIT were receiving reports from students who were having problems saving to their H drive ( pchomes ) from the classroom PCs, and also experiencing general slowness when using the classroom PCs. We have investigated and believe this problem to be fixed.
What should you do?
If you are experiencing problems of the nature described above, please restart the PC. If you are still experiencing problems after that, please contact the Servicedesk immediately so that we can address this issue again.
