Intermittent issues accessing MyAberdeen

What is happening?

We are aware of intermittent problems that some people are experiencing accessing our MyAberdeen learning portal -

Blackboard have been investigating the issue and providing updates through their status page here -

What should you do?

Blackboard believe that the problems are now addressed, however, you may still experience connectivity issues for up to 24 hours.

As a workaround, the MyAberdeen service can accessed reliably through the University VDI service -
