Student Records and Accommodation systems will be unavailable from 18:00 on Friday 18 October, until 17:00 on Saturday 19 October due to essential maintenance.
What should you do?
- Please log out of these systems by 18:00 on Friday 18 October. Any user still logged in when we begin the maintenance will be disconnected.
- These systems should be back up and running by 17:00 on Saturday 19 October.
What’s happening?
As part of the ongoing Data Storage project, we will be migrating files and folders within the shared file areas of Accommodation and Student Records to the new system on Saturday 19 October.
We will begin migrating data at 09:30 on Saturday 19 October and expect work to be complete by 16:00 the same day. However, we ask you to finish any work within these systems before 18:00 on Friday 18 October to allow us to do preparatory work prior to migration.
