Some files on University network drives unavailable
What is happening?
You may be experiencing problems accessing some files on University network drives (e.g. HOME drive).
You may be unable to access files, or find access extremely slow. You may also encounter possible timeout errors when browsing network shares.
Impacted files will be marked with a small grey icon like the following:
Please note: not all files marked in this way are affected.
What should you do?
Try to access your files as normal, even if they are marked with a grey icon.
If you are affected then unfortunately there is no workaround for the issue at this time. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are urgently investigating the fault.
We will provide another update no later than 2pm today.
