Telephones and network may be unavailable between 5pm-7.30pm
What is happening?
Around 340 phones within the Polwarth building will be unavailable from 5pm until 7.30pm while they are migrated to a new server. Our engineers will not swap over a phone while its line is in use.
There will also be a brief network outage at approximately 7pm when all telephones will be rebooted.
All telephony and network service in this building is expected to be restored by 7.30pm.
