The Industrial Psychology Research Centre has longstanding expertise in the utilisation of human factors and psychological techniques within consultancy projects. Our team have worked on a wide range of consultancy projects with international industrial clients, ranging from an examination of asynchronous communication for a Mars mission to studies of worker well-being on oil rigs.
The IPRC team includes both cognitive and applied psychologists, all with experience of working with industrial partners. Specialist areas include: non-technical skills, safety climate, well-being, crew resource management, safety leadership and teamwork assessment.
