Would you like the chance to join others in shared silence, a still oasis on campus?
We are offering a weekly 30-minute shared silence on campus, which we call 'Breathe'. It's an opportunity to sit and reflect, to pause, 'to be still and know'.
Or you could use 'Breathe' sessions for silent prayer or meditation, but there is no obligation to do so!
You are welcome to come and try this out, even if you are just curious!
