If you enjoy creative writing and want to apply this to your recovery from a recent emotional crisis, personal difficulty, mental health issue or simply to find ways to manage stress and build your resilience, come and join this new group.

No need to share what you write… just bring your imagination and creativity.

Run by expert facilitators from the Glasgow-based Scottish Recovery Network.
