• High-resolution/accurate mass nanoLC-MS/MS (Thermo Scientific Q Exactive Plus)
• MALDI-TOF/TOF (Bruker Daltonics ultrafleXtreme) for peptide mass fingerprinting, intact protein mass analysis, and rapid identification of microorganisms (MALDI Biotyper)
• MALDI-imaging mass spectrometry for molecular histology of tissues (sample preparation using Bruker Daltonics ImagePrep)
• High resolution gel electrophoresis (1-D and 2-D) in a range of formats
• 2-D DIGE using Cy-2, Cy-3 and Cy-5 fluorescent dyes
• Protein detection by Coomassie Blue, silver stain (MS compatible), fluorescent stains including those for the specific detection of phosphoproteins, and transfers to membranes for immunostaining
• High resolution gel imaging and image analysis using Progenesis SameSpots (Nonlinear Dynamics) with full statistical analysis
• Proteomic data submission to public repositories (PRIDE)
