Appraisal of children's services
This project examined the costs and benefits of a number of different options for configuring children's cancer services in Scotland. This included: identifying the patterns of care associated with different options; assessing the effect of these options on revenue and capital costs; examining the non-financial benefits of the options; and taking into account any wider effects such as the impact of travel patterns for patients and relatives.
