Latest HERU Policy Brief on community pharmacy

The October 2016 HERU Policy Brief  examines the aspects of community pharmacy services that are most valued by the public. A discrete choice experiment (DCE) study indicated that respondents placed most value on a service that would improve their understanding and management of symptoms, and that was provided by trained, friendly and approachable staff. Other important considerations were waiting times, location and parking availability.
