Information on the organisation of the Meeting is given below.
The Meeting was held in the King's College Conference Centre at the University of Aberdeen. The conference centre is in the heart of the University of Aberdeen campus at Old Aberdeen.
Fees for the conference were £380 for HESG members and £420 for non-members.

The Registration fee included two nights B&B accommodation at the Park Inn by Radisson, (28 & 29 June 2017), teas/coffees and lunch from 28-30 June, the Conference Dinner at Norwood Hall on 29 June (including return travel from the accommodation) and an Aberdeen city bus pass for 28-30 June.
Accommodation for the Meeting was two nights (28th and 29th June) in the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, 1 Justice Mill Lane, Aberdeen, AB11 6EQ.
Bus passes for Aberdeen city were included in the Delegate Packs to enable travel between the hotel and the Meeting venue.

The Conference Dinner was held at the Norwood Hall Hotel, 19:00 on Thursday 29th June.
