This is a past event

We are delighted to invite our donors to join us at the University of Aberdeen’s annual Founders’ Day Service to celebrate the Founders and Benefactors of the University.

The Service will take place on Sunday 7 February in King’s College Chapel at 11am. The Service will be conducted by Rev David Hutchinson, Assistant Chaplain to the University, with a message of goodwill from distinguished guest preacher, Right Reverend Angus Morrison, Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland. This will be followed by a reception in Elphinstone Hall from 12 noon. It will provide an excellent opportunity to get together with fellow supporters and friends of the University and to view our very special Reciprocation Book which recognises those who remembered the University in their will. This treasured book can usually be found in the Special Collections Centre within the Sir Duncan Rice Library.
