SUMMARY:Accounting, Society and the Environment Research Workshop 2026
DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to invite you to the annual Accounting, Society, and the Environment (ASE) Research workshop, which will be held on Friday 15th May 2026 at the Università degli Studi dell'Insubria, Lake Como campus in Italy. 

This year’s workshop, themed ‘Accounting for a Changing World: Critical Reflections on Purpose, People, and the Planet’ invites papers that examine the evolving role of accounting in addressing today’s complex social, environmental, ethical, and economic challenges, while also critically exploring how accounting practices can perpetuate social inequality and environmental degradation. 

The submission deadline for workshop papers is 15th March 2026. Manuscripts should be sent electronically (in a Word file format) to stefano.amelio@uninsubria.it
