In-person delegate rates include: in-person attendance at the conference, refreshments and lunch on each day of the conference, poster drinks reception, delegate pack, and access to the hybrid elements of the conference.  There is no VAT charge.  The Early Bird Rates are available until 1 August 2022.

Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.  It is individual attendees responsibility to ensure the correct visa status is in place before travelling.

The Conference Dinner is an optional extra (and will include dinner, drinks and entertainment).
