They should also detail any specific logistical or technical requirements and a proposal on how costs of room hire will be covered.
  2. Performances will be scheduled through the three days of the main conference. They may be in several possible formats, including theatre, music, readings and dance. They should be maximum 30 minutes long and designed to be presented in a standard conference setting with minimal technical requirements, e.g. no spotlights, and own props. Proposals should include details of title, content, method and personnel.
  3. Speakers’ Corner will be an occasional pop-up platform during the conference for short, informal, provocative talks (maximum 5 minutes) proposing a new idea or argument and aimed to stimulate discussion. Proposals are welcome from individuals representing themselves, organisations, projects or institutions. Proposals must include the title and a short descriptor of what you would like to discuss. Speakers’ Corner slots are verbal presentations but if you do have any specific requirements relating to access or anything you would like to demonstrate physically please let us know this information in your proposal.

The proposals in these three categories will be assessed by groups representing the PCST 2020 Local Organising Committee and the PCST Network Scientific Committee. These groups may ask for clarifications and / or amendments before giving a final decision.  Final decisions will be communicated by end of January 2020.
